Treatments
What OraMax treats — and what each treatment involves.
Five areas of specialist surgical practice. Each begins the same way: a consultation and a diagnosis, before any treatment is proposed.

Dental Implants
Permanent replacements for one tooth, several teeth, or a full arch. The implant is a titanium root placed in the jaw; once it has fused with the bone, it carries a crown, bridge or denture that is fixed — not removable.
Consultation & 3D assessment · Surgical placement · Crown, bridge or fixed denture · Review visitsFull-Mouth Rehabilitation
For mouths where many teeth are failing, worn or missing. Instead of treating tooth by tooth, the whole mouth is planned as one case — bite, function and appearance together — and rebuilt in stages.
Full assessment · One written plan · Staged treatment · Fixed teethOral Cancer Screening & Surgery
A careful examination of the mouth, tongue, neck and jaws for patches, ulcers or lumps that do not heal. Where something needs treatment, Dr. Patidar — a head & neck oncology surgeon — plans the surgery and reconstruction.
Screening examination · Biopsy guidance · Surgery · Reconstruction planningTMJ & Jaw Disorders
Pain in the jaw joint, clicking, locking, or a mouth that no longer opens fully. Most TMJ problems are first treated conservatively — assessment, advice, medication or a splint — with surgery reserved for the cases that truly need it.
Joint assessment · Conservative treatment first · Splint therapy · Surgery only if neededWisdom Tooth & Jaw Surgery
Impacted and painful wisdom teeth, facial injuries, and corrective jaw procedures. Surgical cases are assessed with imaging first, and the procedure, recovery and aftercare are explained before the day.
Imaging & assessment · Surgical removal / repair · Aftercare & reviewNot sure which of these your problem falls under? That is normal — most patients are not. Book a consultation; the diagnosis comes first, and the treatment follows from it.
